The Northumberland Stars have locked up two huge pieces from the last year's lineup. Forwards Tyler Brackin and Evan Wasylyk will be expected to have huge production in the offensive zone.

Brackin will be entering his third season with the Stars organization. The Captain of last year's squad and a top point producer for the club last season, Tyler posted 34 points in 39 games including 11 goals. Brackin is a product of the Whitby Wildcats AAA organization.

A late season addition to the lineup, 21 year old forward Evan Wasylyk will be giving his talents to the Stars for the entire 2017-18 season. Through 10 games the newcomer had 16 points. A former Jr. C star with the local Port Hope, Port Perry and Little Britain organizations, Evan was given the opportunity to jump to Jr. A hockey in Northumberland and took advantage of the short outing.

Both players should increase production this season and be the building blocks behind next season's roster. Welcome back.
