The Northumberland Stars have won five of their last six and are clawing back up the South Division standings in the GMHL.  Good hockey clubs find a way to win, and the Stars have pulled out tight 1 goal victories over the Tillsonburg Hurricanes and Oshawa Riverkings.

The underrated, high power offense of the Stars has been on fire in the last few weeks. Against Tillonsburg the Stars pounded 9 goals into the Hurricanes net. This was after another 8 goal performance against Oshawa.

The trio of McGregor, Brackin and Wasylyk continue to lead the club, each with an impressive 37, 36 and 34 points.

The Stars carry a 12-5-4 record sitting sixth place in the South Division of the GMHL. Next up is a home game on December 5th hosting the Windsor Aces. Puck drop 7:30pm.
