The Oshawa Riverkings were in town this week to take on the young, up-and-coming Northumberland Stars.  It was a tight battle with the game going overtime. The Stars walked away with just one of a possible two points, losing in OT.

The final score after two periods was 2-2, before the Riverkings scored an extra frame winner.

Sergey Khormov and Henry Malik scored in the match.

Next up is the Toronto Predators. The Predators are a couple spots above the Stars in the standings and will be a big statement game for the progression of this young club.
