The Northumberland Stars dropped a tough battle against the first seeded St. George Ravens this weekend. The final was 6:3 in favour of the Ravens, but the Stars played them tight. It was a very respectable effort for the Stars given St. George’s position in the standings.
It was a great effort throughout the whole lineup. It was 1:1 at the end of the first, before the Ravens pulled away in the second period.
